We’re looking for an Account Executive to progress their career with us. We are big believers in developing people to become the talents we know they can be. With people moving upwards, sideways and even jumping across departments, the opportunity for development here is real.

We are a marketing technology platform working with top online B2C brands across retail, travel and financial services. We are privately owned and have circa 100 employees. As an Account Executive you will act as an extension of your clients marketing team – providing expert knowledge and top tier support to enhance their team and the success of their digital marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in the support of specific projects across your clients, actively contributing to new ideas, strategy development and in client meetings.

Here’s a taster of some of the things you will be doing in this hands-on role:

  • Working with your clients to help drive their digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are accountable and measurable.
  • Running client presentations on campaign success and opportunities for improvements.
  • Using campaign data to provide your clients with meaningful reporting and insights.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to your clients and proposing new initiatives.
  • Reviewing daily reports, checking on client campaigns and resolving/escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Reviewing campaign briefs and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of documentation.
  • Managing tasks in line with client SLA’s and internal deadlines.
  • Writing client proposals and account development plans.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A passion for digital marketing, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Acted as a key point of contact for clients/ customers and built strong relationships with them
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, ideally someone who is confident with reporting and creating insights from data.
  • not afraid to speak to clients and pick up the phone
  • Customer support/ client facing role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience of Account Management in a digital business would be ideal.
